We are performing a major update to our Security Infrastructure. To provide the highest level of protection for your data, we are implementing Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF). Cloudflare is a leader in providing security layer services. This upgrade will strengthen security across our systems and services.
This change will only impact customers who use IP allow lists (whitelists).
Action Required:
Check with your IT department to confirm whether your organization uses IP allow lists (also called whitelists). If so, please contact Technical Support at 866-910-0403 and ensure the new IP addresses are added before January 25, 2026, to avoid service disruption.

We will be performing system-wide maintenance on Friday, January 30th, beginning at 6:00 PM PST to Saturday, January 31st ending at or before 12:00 PM PST.
While we do not expect any significant impact to customer experience or data, there is a possibility of temporary minor performance degradation issues across key features such as Driver Safety, Fleet Tracking, Admin, DVIR and APIs.

As part of our ongoing security enhancements, we will complete the cutover to Cloudflare’s advanced security features. This maintenance is the second phase following the IP address update on January 25.
If you have already updated your IP allow lists (also called whitelists) with the new IP addresses, or if you do not use allow lists, no further action is required.
We will monitor closely during this maintenance window to ensure a smooth transition.
